CINNAMON BUTTER GLAZE: In a bowl sift in a packed 1/4 cup of powdered Lakanto erythritol and a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, mix well. Add 2 tsp of water and 3 TBSP of melted butter, blend until smooth. For ease, microwave glaze for 10 seconds before drizzling onto your bread.
