Q: how long will it take to ship out my order?

A: we ship orders out within 3 business days, often times sooner.

 

Q: what is your return policy?

A: due to the nature of our product being a consumable/food item, we are not able to accept returns at this time.  However, if you have a problem with your order, or if it arrived damaged, please let me know!

 

Q: where are your mixes made?

A: we operate out of a commercial commissary kitchen in Fort Myers, FL.

 

Q: is your nutrition label  for the finish baked product, or the dry mix only?

A: the nutritional info is for the DRY MIX ONLY. Often times people will substitute in different ingredients, or make servings bigger or smaller then our recommended serving size, etc.  So because of this we do not give the full nutritional profile, as we don't want to assume that everyone will be making them EXACTLY as instructed. However, if NET CARBS is your concern, ALL of our products are 1.5NC or less per serving (according to our stated serving sizes), if made as instructed.

 

Q: Are your mixes made in a licensed facility?

A: most definitely!  It is REQUIRED BY LAW to work out of a commercially licensed, and inspected kitchen when selling online, OR shipping across state lines.

 

Q: are your mixes gluten free CERTIFIED?

A: while our mixes are formulated with "gluten free" ingredients, not all of them are "certified" and we do work in a shared kitchen space where others are working with items containing gluten.  We do our VERY BEST to ensure there is no cross contamination, but if you are deathly allergic to gluten, we do not recommend our products. Just on the 0.0001% chance, we wouldn't want anything to happen to you!

 

Q: do you have any NUT-FREE options?

A: yes!  we do have some nut-free options and it will clearly state that in both the name/title of the mix, as well as in the description and be reflected in the ingredient list.
