They remind me of snowball cookies or Mexican wedding cookies, but denser (tighter crumb), and would be perfect for your holiday cookie tray!
THE COOKIE - These are firm, dense and tender, with a slightly sandy crumb. They are very lightly sweetened and have a hint of salt. This mix makes a great cookie bar base as well.
