Ooey-Gooey Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie - keto, low carb, sugar-free, gluten free

If the gooey centers of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are your favorite, then you are in for a REAL TREAT my friends.  4 ingredients and 25 seconds later, you'll be scooping into some super yummy gooey goodness!  Don't forget the ice cream or a glass of milk to really take this over the top!

Ingredients:


1/4 cup of our premium chocolate chip cookie mix

1 TBSP butter

1 egg yolk

1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

In a small ramekin or regular sized coffee mug, gently melt the butter in the microwave, maybe 10-15 seconds (you don't want it too hot!).  Stir until smooth, then add in the egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well, add in cookie mix (make sure to incorporate the brown sugar into the mix first), and blend until just combined.

Microwave for 25 seconds, the top will still look slightly wet, but the cookie should be set. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 1-2 MINUTES before digging in, as it needs to finish cooking!

*PLEASE NOTE: Cooking times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave.  This recipe was tested out on a 1000 watt microwave.
