Noatmeal - low carb, keto, sugar free oatmeal alternative

This is a wonderful low carb alternative to regular oatmeal, I actually like it better!

1/3 cup water
1tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tbsp ground flax
1/2 tbsp chia seed

Mix noatmeal ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl, then heat in 30-sec increments until thickened to your likeness. Be careful that the mixture doesn't spill over while cooking.

At the end, you can add a few drops of stevia and vanilla if you'd like, then top with fruit, nuts, sugar free maple syrup, etc...
