Crustless Pumpkin Pie - low carb, keto, sugar free, gluten free

Never miss out on pumpkin pie again!  This is a crustless version that comes together in mere minutes, and super delicious.

Low Carb Pumpkin Pie

1 - 15oz. can of pumpkin (i love Libby's)
3 eggs
3/4 cup Lakanto (or another sugar substitute equal to 3/4 cups sugar)
3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Blend everything together with a hand mixer, pour into a pie pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until just set.
