Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Fluff - keto, low carb, sugar-free, gluten free

Once of my all-time favorite quick desserts is cheesecake fluff!  Today I decided to make a PB+chocolate version, because I adore peanut butter.  This is pretty rich and makes 3 servings, Enjoy!

4oz cream cheese, slightly softened

2-3 TBSP Swerve brown sugar substitute

1/4 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1 TBSP of peanut butter

Sugar Free chocolate chips, or chopped up sugar free chocolate bars, like Lily's


In a small mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese, vanilla, salt and TWO TBSP of the brown sugar substitute. Taste to see if it is sweet enough, if not, add a little more sweetener.

Dollop the peanut butter on top and gently swirl in with a butter knife.  Top with chocolate chips and eat!  If you prefer, you can also chill this before eating, which is my preference.
